Our workshop undertakes to sharpen and reconstruct , old sheep hand shears and sheep shears machine heads , from all over Greece. Sharpening done by hand on specialized machines to achieve the best possible result. We also undertake the sharpening and rebuild, of all kinds of chef’s and cooking knives.
